Przemysław Fert M.Sc.E.E.
Owner and Head of Engineering Team
Przemysław Fert is a founder, owner and antenna engineering team leader of Elboxrf. He is responsible for the strategy definition, buisness line executivity and antenna development. Przemysław gained an M.Sc.E.E. from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow (Poland). He has undertaken many research and highly advanced commercial projects in the universities, industrial, telecommunications and military. His achievements include Ultrasonic Movement Detector (1989), Voice-Scramblers (1994), Radio Frequency Identification System (1995), Wide Area Alphanumeric Paging System (1999) and RF modems (2000). In 2003, Elboxrf introduced microstrip antennas for WLAN and RFID, designed and developed by Przemysław. From 2004 he has worked on pioneering developments of RSLL - Reduced Sidelobe Level technology to microstrip antennas, finally released in 2005. From 2006 he's followed RSLL technology and antenna developments reaching patents and antenna industrial designs
Marek has responsibility for worldwide sales, marketing and promotion activities at Elboxrf. He joined the company in October 2007 after 3 years working as a sales manager in wireless technology companies. Marek brought buisness experience with the vison of major expansion sales planning. He attended many international telecommunication exhibitions in Europe and Middle East. Marek's expertise in telecommunication systems infrastructure and was graduated in Telecomunication on the Electronics Faculty at the University of Technology in Wroclaw (Poland). Marek also has joint postgraduate Economics Degree at Wroclaw University of Economics (Poland). He speaks Native English and Russian.
